Discharge splint of flexible, non-toxic thermoplastic material. It consists of an elastic floor that matches the dental arches and serves as a mattress between opposing teeth. Its design allows it to remain attached to the upper jaw so that it stays in place during sleep.

FERUFLEX has an integral action mechanism that covers the whole jaw because it respects the angulation of the bite, it has been shown that in some cases it can correct some dental dysfunctions like crossbite, leveling the pressure and position of the jaw in the condyle Its primary use is to relieve pressure between the upper jaw and the lower jaw during bruxism and to grind or squeeze the teeth offering a flexible resistance that dampens the force of the bite. FERUFLEX has been patented in Spain after long periods of tests in the clinic. Dr. Naturópata Jorge Oyanedel Neira, in exercise since 1974, demonstrated the stress-bruxism relationship. The body uses bruxism as a means to relax tensions. This means that a rigid splint to palliate or contain bruxism would lose effectiveness because of its restrictive characteristic of dental movement.
